Mr. Morales serves his clients with passion, energy and dedication. Mr. Morales has forged strong relationships with his clients because he places his clients’ objectives of all else.
Since being admitted to the practice of law, Mr. Morales has focused on complex commercial litigation. During the Great Recession, Mr. Morales represented banks and business ventures that purchased portfolios of assets from defunct banks. Through Mr. Morales’ representation, his clients were able to enforce their rights against recalcitrant borrowers and guarantors. These cases resulted in judgments or favorable settlements for Mr. Morales’ clients resulting in positive net gains for his clients. When these cases resulted in judgments, Mr. Morales enforced the judgment and, in one case, obtained a $13 million payment on a $9 million judgment from a judgment debtor that transferred his assets through numerous offshore entities to avoid payment of the judgment. Mr. Morales’ efforts to uncover the judgment debtor’s scheme compelled the judgment debtor to pay the judgment in that case.
Mr. Morales’ current work includes litigation arising out of multi-million purchases of real estate and real estate related contracts. Mr. Morales is currently representing investment funds, real property managers and financial institutions.
In just a short period of time, Mr. Morales has gained extensive experience in virtually every aspect of litigation. Mr. Morales has successfully argued dispositive motions for his clients, served as lead associate in arbitration and written numerous appellate briefs.
